Terms of Service — OpenPartner Affiliate

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing and using the OpenPartner Affiliate App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must uninstall and discontinue using the App immediately.

2. Zero-Fee Commitment

OpenPartner Affiliate operates under a 100% Free / Zero-Fee model. We do not charge subscription fees, GMV percentage fees, or per-order transaction fees for the core affiliate engine.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Configuring and honoring discount codes created in your Shopify store.
• Settling financial payouts directly with your affiliate partners.
• Ensuring that your affiliate program complies with local advertising standards (such as FTC guidelines on affiliate disclosures).

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any lost profits, indirect damages, or affiliate disputes arising from your use of the App.

5. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by simply uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. Upon receipt of Shopify's shop/redact notification, your stored data will be purged.
