OpenPartner Affiliate ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting the privacy of merchants, affiliates, and consumers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and process information when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify store.

2. Information We Collect

When you install and use the App, we collect the following types of information:

• Merchant Data: Store domain, shop ID, email address, and OAuth authentication tokens necessary to operate the App.
• Affiliate Data: Partner names, email addresses, PayPal payout emails, referral codes, and commission rates provided by the merchant.
• Attribution Data: Click identifiers, landing page URLs, referrers, and user agent strings collected via the storefront referral tracker.
• Order Data: Order IDs, order totals, discount codes, and order numbers received via Shopify webhook events to attribute commissions and process refund adjustments.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information exclusively to:

• Attribute storefront sales to authorized affiliate partners.
• Calculate accurate affiliate commissions and net refund clawbacks.
• Automate discount code provisioning via Shopify Admin GraphQL API.
• Maintain settlement ledgers for affiliate partner payouts.

4. GDPR & Customer Privacy Compliance

We fully support and comply with mandatory Shopify privacy webhooks:

• customers/data_request: We provide merchants with any stored attribution data associated with a requesting customer.
• customers/redact: We redact customer email addresses and personal identifiers from attribution records upon request.
• shop/redact: 48 hours after app uninstallation, all store data, sessions, and configuration are permanently deleted.
